Accessibility Statement

UFIT is committed to making its website usable and equitable for all visitors, including people with disabilities, in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

What we have done

The site is built with valid semantic structure, full keyboard navigation, clear focus indicators, alternative text for meaningful images, compliant colour contrast, and respect for the operating system's "reduced motion" preference.

The site also includes a dedicated accessibility menu, opened via the accessibility button in the corner of the screen (or the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+U). It offers, among others: higher contrast, highlighted links, larger text, increased letter spacing and line height, paused animations, hidden images, a dyslexia-friendly font, and an enlarged cursor. Choices are remembered on future visits.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some components may not be fully accessible — mainly third-party embedded content (such as the Google map, the WhatsApp widget and external media) that is not fully within our control. We work to improve continuously and to fix any issues brought to our attention.
