Real clients. Real change.

I've worked with a few trainers over the years, but Yuval is the first one who really paid attention to what I could do rather than just putting me through a standard workout. He pushes me, but he also watches my form closely and knows when to back off. After several months I'm noticeably stronger and actually look forward to training.

“

I wasn't convinced that personal training over Zoom would work, but Yuval completely changed my mind. He watches every exercise, corrects my form and keeps the session moving. I travel quite a bit for work, so being able to continue training wherever I am has made a huge difference.

“

I came to Yuval because I wanted to lose some weight and get back into shape. What I appreciate most is that he doesn't make you feel judged about where you're starting from. The workouts are challenging but realistic, and I can see a real difference in my strength and energy.

“

I live outside Israel, so all of my sessions with Yuval are on Zoom. I thought the distance would make it feel less personal, but it really doesn't. He remembers what we worked on, tracks my progress and somehow notices immediately when I'm trying to make an exercise easier! It's convenient, professional and surprisingly effective.

“

Yuval knows how to push you without turning every workout into a competition. I wanted to build muscle and improve my overall fitness, and he developed the sessions around those goals. I've become considerably stronger, and more importantly, I've learned how to train properly instead of just moving weights around.

“

I started training with Yuval in person and switched to Zoom when my schedule became difficult. Both have worked extremely well. In person, I like having him right there to correct technique, but Zoom gives me the flexibility to train from home when I'm busy. Yuval brings the same attention and energy to both. Having both options is one of the reasons I've been able to stay consistent.
